1 Introduction

bur99 (referred to in this document as "the Company" or "we") is a platform providing online gaming services for players in Myanmar. These services include football betting, Live Casino, Dragon Tiger, Slots, lottery, and other games.

These terms and conditions (referred to here as "the Terms") govern use of the bur99.vip website and services ("the platform"). By accessing the platform, registering an account, or playing games, the Company considers you to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

2 Eligibility Requirements

Each player may only open one account at bur99. Opening duplicate accounts using different IP addresses, payment methods, or personal details is not allowed. Doing so will result in loss of bonuses and may lead to account closure.

2.3 Personal Restrictions

Company employees, their immediate family members, and anyone directly involved in building the platform are not permitted to use this platform as a player.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration

When registering an account at bur99, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. If the information provided is incorrect or does not meet the required format, the company may review or suspend the account.

3.2 Personal Security

Keeping your account username and password secure is your sole responsibility. Do not share your login details anywhere. If you discover unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Account Verification

The company reserves the right to verify a player's personal information at any time. This may require providing a relevant ID, proof of payment, or other contact details. If verification is delayed, withdrawals may be put on hold.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

4.1 Deposits

Deposit methods available at bur99 are KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay. The minimum deposit amount per transaction, regardless of method, is 20,000 Ks. Deposits will appear in your account almost instantly, though delays may occur during peak banking periods.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is 30,000 Ks. After a withdrawal request is submitted, it will normally be processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Please note that withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Payment Verification

The company reserves the right to hold any deposit or withdrawal if there is reasonable cause for suspicion. Payments made by a third party are not permitted.

• Any transaction fees for both deposits and withdrawals are the player's responsibility, and the company will notify you in advance.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bur99 offers new registered account holders a 120% bonus (up to 500,000 Ks) on their first deposit. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 24,000 Ks bonus, giving you 44,000 Ks to play with, with a wagering requirement of 24,000 Ks × 15 = 360,000 Ks. Special example — deposit 840,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 500,000 Ks, giving you 1,340,000 Ks to play with, with a wagering requirement of 500,000 Ks × 15 = 7,500,000 Ks.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw funds received from a bonus, you must first wager 15 times the bonus amount. If you request a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus funds will be forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Each bonus may have its own validity period — the company will announce this in advance.
• Only bets placed while in bonus mode count toward the wagering calculation.
• Bonus funds are not counted toward any further bonus calculations.
• Not all game types may contribute equally toward wagering — check the terms for each individual game.
• If bonus fraud or abuse is found, the bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Fair Play

bur99 uses SSL encryption and fair play practices to protect players' gaming integrity and dignity. Game results are generated by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, so no player can alter the outcome of any game in advance.

6.2 Disconnection

If your internet connection drops while playing, you are responsible for resolving the issue yourself. A disconnection does not change the game result — the result will be determined based on the bets placed before the disconnection occurred.

6.3 Currency

All amounts on the platform are displayed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks). Players should be aware that exchange rate differences may occur depending on the payment method used.

7 Prohibited Actions

Players must refrain from the following actions.

• Attempting to interfere with or manipulate game results using network-related technology or software tools
• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated programs
• Engaging in money laundering in any form
• Exploiting bonus policies through fraudulent means
• Colluding with other players
• Opening a duplicate account
• Copying, modifying, or distributing the company's software, data, or services
• Engaging in conduct that may cause damage or loss to the service

If any of the above actions are detected, the company will immediately close that account and considers that funds in the account may be forfeited. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Privacy Protection

Personal information provided by players will be handled and protected in accordance with bur99's Privacy Policy. We will not share players' personal information with third parties except as required by law.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company will not be liable for losses arising from gameplay, indirect damages, or related claims.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Action by the Company

The company reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account for the following reasons.

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Detection of fraud or illegal activity
• Suspected money laundering attempt
• At the player's own request (including self-exclusion)
• If it is proven that the player is under 21 years of age

10.2 Closure by the Player

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may contact [email protected]. Any remaining balance (provided wagering requirements have been completed) may be requested for withdrawal before closure.

11 Changes to Terms and Communications

bur99 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any amendments will take effect from the date they are published on the platform. Players will be given reasonable advance notice of significant changes.

Continued use of the platform after any amendment is considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may stop using the platform and notify the company to close your account.
